At Formora, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read through our shipping terms below to understand processing times and delivery estimates.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

⚠️ Note: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently only ship within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 Business Days

⚠️ Important Notice: Actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and specific delivery location. Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformers and fitness equipment, delivery may require additional handling time.


Our Shipping Partners

We typically use Australia's major shipping companies, including:

  • Allied Express
  • Hunter Express
  • Other certified shipping providers

As the shipping process involves third-party courier operations, actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company's operational arrangements and specific delivery locations. We cannot control the courier companies' specific operational processes and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times.


Shipping Cost Disclaimer

Shipping costs displayed at checkout may not always be accurate, particularly for addresses outside metro zones or for large/heavy items such as Pilates reformers.

We occasionally use third-party couriers in areas not covered by our primary delivery partners. If your final shipping cost differs significantly from the estimate shown at checkout, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm or update your order.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. A valid physical address is required.
  • International shipping is NOT available at this time.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at formora@163.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
